RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget So~nd
Power and Light Company for furnishing Municipal Pumping Power.
WHEHEAS, Puget Sound Power & Light Company has offered to furnish for a period
of fiv~ years, upon the terms set 'forth in the following proposed form of contract,
to wit: Lift Station number 9 of the sewage disposal system located at Charleston
Beach an~ the south end of Brmmerton Boulevard if extended to the h~ghway$ and
Transformer Rental Contract for this lift station. (See file for actual contract).
NOW, T~EEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the ~ommtssion of the City of Bremerton that
a contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing
of !~un~cipal Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, an~ that the Mayor be and
h~ hereby is authorized anG directed to execute and deliver such contract on behalf
and in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed
to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremerton.
