RESOLUTION aut~orizlng the execution and delivery or a contract with Puget Sound
~ower and Light Company for furnishing ~unicipal Pumping Power.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light Company has offered to furnish for a period of
five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract, to wit
Lift Station Number 8 oI' the sewage disposal system located at Charleston Beach and t~e
South end of Charlotte Avenue, if extended to the highway; and transformer rental con-
tract i'or this lift station. (See file for actual contract)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that a
contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing of
Municipal Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor be and he
hereby is authorized ano mirected to execute and deliver such contract on behalf and
in the name of the City, aha the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to
attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremerton.
