~ESOLUTION authorizing the execution an~ delivery of a contract with Puget Sound
Power & Light Company for furnishing Municipal Pumping Power,
WHEREAS Puget Sotmd Power & Light Company has offered to furnish for a per-
iod ol' five ~ears, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of
contract, to wit: ~unicipal Water Pumping Power Contract for Lift Station Num-
ber ? of the sewage disposal system located at 414 South Cambrian near the inter-
section of Cambrian and Farragut; and Traneformer l~ental Contract for this llft
station, (See files for actual contract).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton
that a contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the
furnishing of ~iunicipal Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that
the ~a~or be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute end deliver such
contract on behalf and in the name of the ~ity, and the Clerk be and he hereby
is authorised and directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal
o£ the City of ~remerton.
DULY ADOPTED this 31 ~ay of May, 1950.
