WHEREAS, heretofore on or about the 26th day of November,
19~9~ the City of Bremerton and Bremerton Concrete Products Co.
entered into a certain contract for the furnishing to the City
of certain quantities of concrete pipe, said contract being
numbered 199, and
~[EREAo~ ' ~, due to limi~-~ed storage facilities the City has
been unable to accept delivery of the a~aount of pipe agreed to
be purchased by the City and delivered by the Bremerton Concrete
Products Co., and
WHEREAS, the City has requested an extension of six months
in
~nmca delivery of the pipe may be made~ which extension has
been consented to by the Bremerton Concrete Products Co.
NO~'~, T~REFORE, BE IT R~OLVED that Contract No. 199 be and
the same hereby is extended to November ~6~ 1950, in which time
the City may accept the delivery of pipe and Bremerton Concrete
Products Co. may deliver 'the said amount, and
B~ iT ~JRTHE~ ~TESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
forwarded by the City Clerk to the Bremerton Concrete Products Co.
PASSmD unanimously by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
sizned by the Mayor and at'tested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 2~th day of ~day~ 1950.
