~'fHEREAS, heretofore and on the 10th day of February, 1950,
the City of Bremerton and McDonald & Taylor, Inc., a corporation,
entered into an agreement concerning the Anderson Creek portion
of the City's watershed and said agreement described the property
contained therein, and
~[~EREA~, it now appears that an error in the description
was made and said error was carried into the written agreement
between the parties, and
~,7{EREAS, it is desirable and proper that the description
should be corrected to the description of the property which the
City- owns and holds;
NOW, 1]~ER~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the agreement made the
10th day of February, 1950, be and the same hereby is amended
by entering thereon the corrected description of the property
involved as follows, to -wit:
In Section 33, Township 2~ North, Range 1 E.W.M.:
Southwest quarter Southeast quarter; Southeast
quarter Southwest quarter; Northeast quarter South-
west quarter to highway; South half of the Northwest
quarter Southeast quarter comprising 130 acres more
or less.
And in Section 4, To~.mship 23 North, Range i East, W.N.:
Northwest quarter Northwest quarter Northeast quarter;
Southwest quarter Northeast quarter; Northwest quarter
Southeast quarter; West one-half; comprising ~10 acres
more or less.
Ail in Kitsap County, Washington.
That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to McDonald &
Taylor, Inc.
PASSED UNANiNOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Nayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of s~ch passage, this 23rd day o~' February, 1950.
