Resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget Sound
Power anm Light Company for furnishing ~unlcipal Water Pumping Power.
W~REAS, Puget Sound Power and Light Company has offered to furnish for a period
of l:ive years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract,
to-wit: See files for actual contract. Municipal p~nnplng plant located at Twin Lakes
in the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
West.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that a
contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power and Light Company for the furnishing
of ~unicipal Water Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed anm that the Nayor be
and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliwr such contract on be-
half and in the name of the City, and the Clerk ~ and he hereby is authorized and
directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Breme~ton.
Duly adopted this 18th day oi' January, 1950.
