WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Bremerton and Hall-Atwater
Company entered into a contract for the erection, construction and
completion of the West Bremerton treatment plant and pump stations
and carried out their bid on unit priqes for certain of the mater-
ials and
WHEREAS, in the.executed contract by inadvertence and error
the contractor under Unit G of said contract omitted the correct
price for item No. 5 and moved up in the tabulation column prices
for items 6, 7 and 8 and the contract as written per unit prices
is in error, and
WHEREAS, in order to prevent further error or misunderstand-
ing in connection with the executed contract, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That Unit G of said contract with Hall-Atwater Company
and the items thereunder be deemed to be corrected to the following:
5. Concrete per cu. yd. $27.50
6. Reinforcing steel per pound .11
7. Concrete forms per sq.ft, surface .75
8. 15" Concrete sewer pipe per lin. ft. 8.00
9. 24" Concrete sewer pipe per lin. ft. 9.00
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Hall-
Atwater Company and to the surety on the contractor's perfomnance
bond.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this llth day of January, 1950.
