RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with P~get Sound
Power and Light Company for furnishing Municipal Sewage Pumping Power.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power and Light Company has offered to furnish for a period
of five years, upon the terms set in the following proposed form of contract, to-wit:
Lift Station No. 8, 19th and Olympic Avenue. See files for actual contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Comml ssion of t he City of Bremsrton that a
contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing of
Municipal Sewage Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract on be-
half and in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremer-
ton.
Duly adopted this 4th day of January, 1980.
