RESOLUTION authorizing the executlo~ and delivery of a contract with Puget Sound
Power and Light Company for furnishing Mmuuicipal Sewage Pumping Power.
WHEEEAS? Puge~ Sound Power and Light Company has offered to furnish for a period
of five years, Upon the terms set in the following proposed form of contract, to.wit:
LiSt Station Number~2~ at 125 Lebo. See files for actual contract.
NOW, THEREFORE~EE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the Cit~ of Bremerton that a
contract be entered-into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing of
unicipal Sewage Pumping Power upon the Germs above proposed, and that the Mayor be and
wis hereby~autAhorized and d&rected to execute and deliver such contract on behalf and
in the n~me of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to
a~test such contract and to affix thereto the seal of theCCity of Bremerton.
