RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget 8ound
Power and Light Company for furnishing Municipal Sewage Pumping Power.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light Company has offered to furnish for a period of
five years, upon the terms set in the following proposed form~ Of contract, to-wit:
Lift Station No. I of the Sewage Disposal S~stem located at Trenton Avenue and Shore
Drive. See files for actual contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that a
contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing of
Municipal Sewage ,Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor be an~
he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract on behalf an.
