Avenue from 26th Street to a point 540 feet South; Wycoff Avenue from 15th
Street to 26th Street; the Alley between Cambrian Avenue and Wycoff Avenue
from 20th Street to 21st Street; Easement between Wycoff Avenue and Caller
Avenue ~orth of 19th Street and west of Callow Avenue; Callow Avenue from
15th Street to 24th Street; Snyder Avenue from 15th Street to 25th Street;

Cle~'k of the City of Bremerton.
NOW T'.-~FORE, be it resolved that ¥~ednesday the 2nd day of January,
1952, at 10:00 o'clock A.M.,P.S.T., of said day at the Council Chambers at
the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the s~%me is hereby fixed as the
time and place of the hearing upon said assessment roll and,
BE IT FURT~R ~ESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to give notice of thetime and place of said hearing to all persons
who may desire to object to such assessment roll to make such objections in
writing and file the same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for
such hearing, by written notice to the owner or the reputed owner of the
different properties whose name appears upon said assessment roll, by mailing
a notice thereof at least fifteen da~s before the date herein set for such
hearing to such owner or reputed owner at the address of such turner as shown on
the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described on said list
and shall further give notice of such hearing by publishing said notice at
least five (~) t~es in the official newspaper, the last publication of which
shall be at l~ast fifteen (t5) day~ prior to the date herein fixed for such
hearing. The above mentioned improvements including the construction of sanitary
sewers and providin~ for the drainage, together with the doing of any and all
other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement
a complete job.
