~HEREA~, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Bremerton, Washington, a petition signed by
qualified voters resident in the area hereinafter described
equal in nmuber to twenty per cent of the votes cast at the
last election, for the annexation to the City of Bremerton for
Plat or Olympic ~ianor and adjoining property contiguous to the
City o£ Bremerton~ all as more particularly defined and described
in said petition, and
~HE~EA$, it is required that the City Council of the
City of bremerton approve or reject such petition, and notify
the petitioners thereof~
~ow Therefore,
~E iT ~$OLVED: That the petition for annexation of
said territory to the City of ~remerton and to become a part of
said City, be and hereby is approved; and be it further
P~SOLVED: ~
· ~ao a copy of this resolution be sent to
said petitioners through their designated representative and that
a copy of this resolution approvinE said petitioq, be forwarded to
the Board of County Co~m~issioners of Kitsap County, Washington.
