WItEREAS, heretofore the City o£ Bremerton, by Ordinance
No. I~ , established a sewage disposal construction fund
under which bonds were issued for the purposes of raising necessary
funds for the construction of a sewage disposal plant and line
and
?~!-~REA$, said Ordinance provided ror the making of additions
and alterations to the plan for said sewage disposal system, and
~,~{EREAS, it is necessary to add to said sewage disposal
system an overflow and outlet in order that the system function
properly, and not be put out of operation by excessive storm
water, and
WHEREAS, there remains in said fund a balance and bond
redemption and interest payments are up to dater
Now Therefore
BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
that so much of the balance unencumbered, remaining in said sewage
disposal construcVion fund as shall be necessary for the con-
struction of an overilow itt sewer and storm water in the vicinity
o£ ~ver.~reen Park in the Git'~ of Bremerton~ ,?ashing'0on, may be nsed
for the construction thereof and that the same, when constructed,
shall become a part of' the sewa.~e disposal system of the City of
Bremerton.
PASSED by the~ity Council of the City of Sremervon 'this 12th
day o£ September, 1951, silned by the Rayor and attested by 'the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage.
