providing for the assessment to pay the improvement of Taft Avenue from a
point 13 feet north of the south margin of 20th Street to a point 433 feet
north of said south margin of 2Oth Street has been filed with the City Clerk
of the City of Bremerton.
NOW THE2~E~ 0~, be it resolved that ¥&~uesday, the 5th day of September,
1951, at ll:O0 o'clock A.M.,D.$.T., of said day at the Conncil Chambers at the
City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the same is hereby fixed as the time
and place of the hearing upon said assessment roll and,
BE IT MURT~R RESOLV-~) that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all persons
who may desire to object to such assessment roll to ~ke such objections in
~iting and file the same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date fixed for
such hearing, by written notice to the ov~er or the reputed owner of the different
properties whose name appears upon said assessment roll, by mailing a notice
thereof at least fifteen days ~efore the date herein set for such hearing to
such owner or reputed owner at the address of such ovmer as shown on the tax
rolls of the County Treasurer for the property described on said list and shall
f~ther give notice of such hearing by publishing such notice at least five (5)
ti~aes in the official newspaper, the last publication of which shall be at least
fifteen (1%) days prior to the date herein fixed for such hearing. The above
mentioned improvements including the construction of sanitary sewers and
providing for the drainage, together with the doing of any and all other work
in connection there~'~th as may be necessary to make such improve~aent a complete
job.
