¥~t2RE~, ~ Cit~ of Bremerton is the recc~ owner of a track of
land situated in the Southwest Quarter of Seetic~ 32, Townskip 24 North,
Range 1 ~ast, W. N., and
~REAS, in the impr~ement of P. S. ~{. No. 14~ Tidewater Creek
to Union River, by the state of Washington, Department of }~, it is
necessary and advisable for the State of Washington to acquire a Borrow
Permit Lease to a portion of said tract for the improvement of said
1~S, after due consideration by the City Council of the City
of B~emerton, it appears to the said Board that it will be fc~ the best
interests ~f both the city of Brem~rton and tb~ State of %¥ashingtcn to grant
the Borrow ~ermit Lease to the State of Wash~t~a for a cor~i~eratic~ ~f
the City of Bremerton, in accordance with Ch,pter 266 of the La~s of 1~43~
and through its Ci~ Council execute said ~ Permit Lease, and deliver
said lease to the State of Washington~ Department of ~n~.
