WHEREAi~, heretofore on the llth day of April, 1951,
the Ci~oy Council of '.~he City of Bren-~rton passed Resolution No.
providing for the improvement of Taft Avenue from a point thirteen feet
north of the south margin of 20th Street to a point ~33 feet
north of said south margin of 20th Street, by the construction of
sanitary sewers not includi~ basement drainage, together with the
doing of any and all other work in connection therewith as might
be neces~ary to make said improvement a complete job, Yhe same to
be in ac~ordance with the plans and specifications to ~ placed on
file in the office of %he City Clerk of the City of Bremerton~ and
~H_~v~A~ 'dednesday~ the 9th day of ~y~ 1951 at
ll:O0 o'clock A.N.D.S.T. was fixed as the date of heari~%~] protests
against the improvement, and
'J~EREAS, by inadvertance and error~ the notices to
the owners or reputed owners of the lots and parcels of land,
included in the improvement were mailed showing ~.y 6th as the date
of heari~ pro~eo~.~ ~ne s~e bei~ a Sunday~

Lremerton that i[esolu ion No. ~ be ratified and approved as
to bhe makinS of said improvement and that Wednesday~ the 2}rd day
of ~.ay~ 1951~ at 11:00 A.N.D.S.T. of the s~}id date be and the
ss:~e is hereby fixed as bhe da0e of hearing protests against said
improvements by any persons interested therein and Vhe City Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to publish a copy of th~
res ,lution in the official newspaper of said City for at least two
successive issues, the firs% issue to ba at least fifteen days prior
to the said 23rd day of Hay~ 1951~ herein fixed for said hearing
and ssid publication , together with the mailing of the notices
hereinabovc provided %o the owners or reputed owners of the lots
~nd parcels of land included in such improvement as hereinabove
se% forth and refe.rred to as set put in l~esolution No. ~ ....
s~all be due and legal notice to all concerned in said
proposed improvements.
