City ~ouncm! of the City of Bremer~on~ there have been complamnos
of the failure of the Oarua~e Department to ~ke proper collections
from the residences and business houses of the City of Bremerhon
and
~JHE?.E.~ some of the complaints are just and meritorious
and in such proper cases adjustments should be ~mde~ now therefore~
BE it' hESOLVED:
That the Cou~aissioner of Finance of the City of Bremerton
be and hereby is authorized to make proper adjustments in con-
~ectiou with accounts where complete service has not been rendered
by ~0he Garbage Department in a reduction of the charges during the
months such service has been c~tailed.
