January, 1951 at 10500 o'clock A. M. of said ~ay at .the Council Chambers
at the City Nall of the City of B~mertca be and the s~me~ is hereby fixed
as the time and place of the hearing mpem said assessment roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and ~ ~ected to give notice of the time and place of said hearing
to all persons who may have ~esire to object to such assessment roll to make
such objections in writing a~d file the same with the City Clerk at or prior to
the date f!~ed for such hearing, by written notice to the owner or the
reputed owner of the different properties whose name appears upon said assess-
ment roll, by ~ ling a notice thereof at least fifteen days before the date
herein set for such hearing to such ~wner or reputed owner at the address
of such owner as shuw~ on the tax rol. l~ of the County Treasurer for the
property described on said list and sb=ll further give notiee of such
hearing by publishing such notice at least five (5) times in the official
newspaper, the last publication of which sba11 be at least fifteen (15)
d~ys pri~r to the date herein fixed for said hearing. The above-mentioned
improw~ments included the clearing, grading for, and construction of
concrete curbs and gutters, and the doing of any and all other work in
connection therewith.
