RESOLUTION AUT~ ORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A CONTRACT WITH PUGET
SOUND POWEH & LIGHT COMPANY FOR FURNISHING MUNICIPAL WATER PUMPING POWER.
WHEREAS, PUGET SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY has offered to furnish for a per-
iod of five years, upon the terms set forth in the proposed form of contract, to-
wit: (See contract file for actual contract)
Pumping Station #12 - View Ridge Reservoir
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton
that a contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the
furnishing of Water Pumping Power at Station ~12 upon the terms above proposed,
and that the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and
deliver such contract on behalf and in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and
he hereby is authorized and directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto
the seal of the City of Bremerton.
Duly adopted this 24th day of August, 1955.
