I~HEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 263 providing
for the assessment to pay the improvement of Ironsides Avenue from East 13th Street
to East 16th Street has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Wednesday the 7th day of September, 1955
at 1OsO0 o'clock A.M., P.S.T., cf said day at the council chambers in the City Hall
in the City of Bremerton be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place of the
hearing upon said roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk ~e and he is hereby directed and
authorized to give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all persons who
may have desire to object to such assessment roll to make much objections in writing
and file the same with the City Clerk at or prior to the date set for such hearing,
by writing a notice to the owner or the reputed owner of the different porperties whose
name appears upon said assessment roll by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen
days before the date herein set for such hearing to such owner or reputed owner at
the address of much owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for the
property described on said list and shall further give notice of such hearing by
publishing Such notice at least five times in the official newspaper, the last public-
ation of which shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.
The above mentioned improvement includes the construction of concrete curbs and gutters,
and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith.
PASSE~ by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
