RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A CONTRACT WITH PUGET
SOUND POWEH & LIGHT COMPANY FOR FURNISHING MUNICIPAL PUMPING POWER.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light Company has o!fered to f~rnish for a period
of five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed fo~m of contract,
to-wit: (See contract file for actual contract) Three (~) -
volt transformers and cut-outs located at sewage disposal li~t station No. 8.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that
a con~ract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing
of Municipal Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor be and
he hereby is ~uthorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract on behalf
and in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and dir-
ected to attest such contract and to affix thereto the Seal of the City of Bremer-
ton°
DULY ADOPTED this ~th day of July, 1955.
