RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A CONTRACT WITH pUGET
SOUND POWER & ~IGHT COMPANY FOR FURNISHING MUNICIPAL PUMPING POWER.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light Company has olfered to furnish for a per-
iod of five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of con-
tract, to-wit: (see contract file for aatual~con~act) Anderson Creek Annex pump-
ing station known as Well #? located near the head of Sinclair Inlet in the North-
east quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 33, £ownship 24 North, Range 1
East.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HE$OLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that
a contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnish-
ing of Municipal Water Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the
Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed ~o execute and deliver such con-
tract on:~behalff'~nd:.in~he n~me:.o~lthe C~ty~i~a~d~h~'O~erk be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to attest such contmact and to a~fix thereto the seal.of
the City of Bremerton.
