RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A CONTRACT WITH PUGET
SOUND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY FOR FURNISHING MUNICIPAL WATER PUMPING POWER.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power R Light Company has offered to furnish for a per-
iod of five years, upon the terms mt forth in the following proposed form of con-
tract, to wit; (See controct file for actual contract) Lift Station,.Number-9 of
the sewage disposal system located at. Charleston Beach and the south end of Brem-
erton Boulevard if extended to highway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that
a contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnish-
ing of ~un~cipal Water Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the
Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliver such con-
tract on behalf and in the name of the City, and she Clerk oe and he hereby is auth-
orized and directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the
City of Bremerton.
DULY ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1955.
