WHEREAS the City of Bremerton has acquired certain lands within
the limits of the City of Bremerton for street purposes, and
WHEREAS, it appears desirable to dedicate said land for said
purpo s e s,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Breme~on that the following lands situated in Kitsap County, State
of Washington, to-wit:
The West 30 feet of the following described property: A
portion of the NE~ of the NW~ of Section 12, Township 2~, ~
Range 1 E.W.M. Kitsap County Washington, bounded as follows:
From the quarter corner between sections 1 and 12 running
N 89° 07' 30" W, 50 feet; thence S 2° O1' 29" W, 30 feet
to the intersection of the S margin of E 31st Street and a
line parallel to and 50 feet distant from the E line of
said NW~ of section 12, the true point of beginning; thence
S 2° Ol' 29" W, 501.88 feet; thence N 88° 52' 07" W, 220.00
feet; thence S 2° 02' 13" W, 3~8.56 feet; thence N 88° 52'
07" W, 61.68 feet; thence N ~le 55' 56" E, 81.05 feet;
thence N 89° 0~' 57" W, 385.29 feet; thence N O1° ~8' 50"
E, 717.23 feet; to a point on the South margin of E~st ~l~t
Street; thence N 8~° ~7' 05" E, 378.65 feet; to the beginning
of a curve to the right _having a radius of 18~9.$6 feet and
consuming an angle of 06° 05' 25"; thence along osaid curve
196.63 feet to the point of tangent; thence S 89 07' 30" E,
98.~ feet to the point of beginning containing 10.3 acres,
more or less.
be and the same is hereby dedicated for street purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to certify a copy of this resolution to be
correct and to file such certified copy with the County Auditor for
re cording.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by
the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 2nd day of
