RESOLUTION authorizin~ the execution and delivery of a contract with
Puget Sound Power & Light ompany for fz~nishingmunicipal sewage pumping
powere
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light Company has offered to furnish for.
a period of five years, upon the terms set forth in the followingproposed
form of contract,
SEE CONTRACT FILE FORACTUAL CONTRACT. (Municipal sewage pumping power
contract at Lift Station Number 3A of the sewage disposal system located at
~he North end of Sayder Avenue.)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t he Commission of the City of Bremerton
that a contract be 9netered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company f or
the furnishing of'Municipal Sewage Pumping Power upon the te~ms above proposed,
and that the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and
deliver such contract on behalf and in ~he name of the City and the Clerk
be and he hereby is authorized and directed to attest such contract and to affix
thereto the seal of the City of Bremerton.
DULY ADOPTED this lZth day of January, 1955.
