REsOLuTION authorizing ~he execution and delivery of a .contract with
Puget Sound Power & Light Company for furnishing municipal water pumping
power.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light 0ompany has offered to fUrniSh for
a period of five years~ upon the terms set forth in ~befo'llo~ing proposed
form of contract, to-wit:
Sm CONTRACT FILE FOR ACTUAL CONTRACT.' (MunicipaI pumping plant located
at Twin Lakes in the Southeast quarter of the.Southeast ~quarter of Section
Township 2A~ Range 1 Weste)
NOW, T~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Ci.~y of Bremerton that
a contract be enteredJinto with Puget. Sound Power & Light Company for the
furnishing of Municipal Water Pumping Power upon the terms above pro. posed, and
that the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliyer
such contract on behalf and in the name of the City and the Clerk be and he
hereby is authorized and directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto
the seal of the City of Bremerton.
DULY ADOPTED this'12th day of January 1955.
