WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 260 providing For the improvement of ~th Street From 'Washington Avenue to Warren Avenue, 5th Street from W~shington Avenue to Warren Avenue, ~th Street from Washington Avenue to Warren Avenue, 2nd Street from 2nd Street dock to Pacific Avenue, Burwell Street from Washington Avenue to Warren Avenue, 1st Street from 1st Street Dock to P.S.N.S. gate, Park Avenue from ~th Street to 6th Street, Pacific Avenue from 1st Street to 221.8 feet North of 8th Street, Washington Avenue from P.S.N.S. gate to 9th Street has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton. THEREFORE, be it resolved that Wednesday the ~day oJ~ ~.~.~j~? .... N©W, 1955, at 10:O0 A.N., P.S.T., of said day at the Council Chambers in the City Hall o£ the City of Bremerton be and the 'same is hereby Fixed as the time and place of the hearing upon said assessment roll; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place of said hearing to all per- sons who may have desire to object to such assessment roll to make such obj- ections in writing and file the same with the City Clerk a~ or prior to the date fixed for such hearing, by written notice to the owner or the reputed o~ner of the different properties whose marne appears upon said assessment ~oll by mailing a notice thereof at ieast Fifteen days before the date herein set for such hearing to such owner or ~eputed owner as shown on the'tax rolls of the County Treasurer For the property descri bed on said list and shall further give notice of such hearing by publishing such notice at least five times in the Official newspaper, the last publication of w~ich shall be at least fifteen days prior to the date fixed for said hearing. The above mentioned improvement inc- ludes the the construction of a l~ercury Vapor Street Lighting System, and the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith.
