HomeMy WebLinkAbout819 WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council
of the City of Bremerton a petition to vacate certain property
heretofore dedicated as a street and certain other property
dedicated as an alley, both ummamed, said property being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:
North 26 feet of'the South 30 feet, and an alley
16 feet in width, being 8 feet on each side of the
centerline, of the North half of the Northeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 12, Township 2& North, Range i East, W.M.,
Kitsap County, Washington;
and
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council that by the
vacation of said street area and alley proper streets will be
laid out in a plat to be made by the petitioners which will
better serve the public than the present street and alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
said petition for vacation be heard and determined on the 7th day
of January, 1953, in the Council chamber in the City Hall of the
City of Bremerton at the hour of 10:O0 a.m. of said day; and that the
City Clerk shall give notice of the pendency of such petition and
that a written or printed notice of said hearing shall be posted
in three of the most public places in the City of Bremerton and
a fourth copy of said notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place
on the portion of the street and alley to be vacated.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 17th day of December, 1952.
