:~fHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, a petition to vacate a certain portion of property
hereinafter described situated in the City of Bremerton, County of
Kitsap, State of Washington, to-wit:
The ~orth 15 feet of the following described property:
Beginnin? ~2~.5~ feet
wast and 130 feet North of the
Southwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section l&, Township 2&, North
Range l,East, 'i'f.i'd.; thence running North 130 feet;
thence East 165.71 feet; thence South 130; thence
~'est 165.71 feet to the point of beginning.
~:nd m-mRmAS, it appears to the City Council of the City
o~o. described property, being a 15-foot strip,
of B, remerton, that
was conveyed to the City of Bremerton by Deed dated February 11,
1939, by W~lter C. Larson the then owner and present owner of said
property, for street purposes and the same was taken wholly from
property owned by the petitioners for vacation thereof; that there
are no other abutting or adjoining owners who mi~.~ht have any right,
title or interest in and to said strip of land as vacated; and that
said property is notconnected with any other street or alley and is
dead ended on both ends thereof and ha~ never been improved by the
City of Brother,on as a street, alley or roadway.
NO¥~I, T~[SREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED by the City Council that said
petition for vacation be heard and deter~ined on the ~.~ay of
the council chamber of the City Hall in
1952,
in

the City of Bremerton at the hour of ten o' clock A.ld. on said day;
and the City Clerk shall 2]' e notice of the pendency of such
petition and that a written or printed notice of said hearing shall
be posted in three of the most public places in the City of Bremerton
and a fourth copy o£ said notice be posted in a conspicuous place
on the portion of the street, alley or roadway to be vacated.
PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Brer~erton, si~ned by the ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in
