providing for the assessment to pay the improvement of Yantic Avenue
from Farragut Street to Porter Street has been filed with the City Clerk
of the City of Bremerton.
NOW, THEP. EFO~E, be it resolved that Wednesday the Z~-~ day oi'
~~$.~. _ 1952, at lOlO0 o,clock A.M., P.S.T., of said day at the
Council Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the
same is hereby I'ixed as the time and place oi' the hearing upon said
assessment roll; and,
BE. IT ~R RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place oi' said hear-
ing to all persons who may hsve desire to object to such assessment roll
to make such objections in writing and file the same with the city Clerk
at or prior ~o the date fixed for such hearing, by written notice to the
o:~mer or the reputed owner of the different properties whose name appears
upon. said assessment roll by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen
days before the date herein set for such hearing to such owner or reputed
owner at the address oi' such owner as shown on the tax rolls o_~ the Cotuaty
Treasurer for the property described on said list and shall further give
notice oi' such hearing by publishing such notice at least five (5) times
in the official newspaper~ the last publication of which shall be at
least fifteen (15) days prior to the date here~ fixed for said hearing.
The above-mentioned improvements includes the construction of concrete
curbs and gutters and the doing of any and all other work in connection
therewith.
