~REAS, the County of Kitsap, State of 7~ashington, foreclosed for general
taxes on the followin~ described real property in Kitsap County, i~ashington,

and the said real property was struck off to sata Kitsap County at the tax fore-
ciosare sale, and at the time of said sale there were delinquen'a assessments
a~lainst said real property pa~mble to local improvement district or districts in
the City of ~remerton and said City paid to Kitsap County taxes thereon as by
1.?.~' .creviCed, and now has a Treasu~r's Deed to said property, ~ the City of
~remerton is ~esirous of selling sai~ p~perty

BE IT ~SOL~D BY T~ CITY ~OF T~ CI~ OF B~,ERTON, THAT the
City Treasurer of said City be and he is hereby directed to sell the property
hereinbefore described at public sale to the highest and best bidder and the
said City Treasurer is hereby directed to publish a notice of sale of said pro-
p~rt~ in a legal newspaoer~ published and of general circulation in the City of
Bremcrton in t~ee consecutive issues of such newspaper, which said notice shall
s~t forth th~ real property to be sold, hereinbefore described, together ~th the
time and place of said sale, which s~ll be between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m.,
and 4 o'clock p.m. on a date to be fixe~ by the said City Treasurer, at ~e front
door of the City Hall in the Lity of Bremerton, J~shington; and s~id notice shall
further set forth t~t the said sale may be adjourned from ~ay to day by said City
Treasurer by public announcement, ~de by said City Treasurer, at ths ti~ a~
place designated in the notice of public sale or at the time*and place at which
said s~le may be a~journed.
