City of Bremerto'a a Petition by the residents of the territory
known a~_s kavy Yard City and upon property more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
The Southwest quarter oi' the Southwes% quarter of Section 15, Township 24
North, Range 1 East, W.M.; ALSO the South half of the Southeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of said Section 15; ALSO the West half of Section 22
Township 24 North, Range 1 East, W.M. lying Northwesterly of the inner harbor
line along Charleston Tidelands; ALSO the part of the Southeast quarter of
Section 22 and all of the Charleston tidelands lying Northwesterly of said
inner harbor line along the Charleston tidelands, and not now being included
within the corporate limits of said City of Bremerton; ALSO that part of the
East half of the East half oi' section 21, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
W.M. and not now being included within the corporate limits of said City
of Bremerton; ALSO the East half of Section 28, Township 24 North, Range 1
East, W.M. and ALSO Ail of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, Township
24 North, Range 1 East, ~.M. lying Northwesterly of the inner harbor line
along the Charleston Tidelands, Kitsap County', Washington.
and for the annexation of said described property to the City of
Bremerton and for an election ~o vote upon the question of annexa-
tion of said described property to the said City of Bremerton and
WHEREAS, said petition has been considered by the City
Council of the City of Bremerton,
NOW T~FORE, BE iT ~iSOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Bremerton approve the Petition for an election to vote upon
the annexation of that property hereinbefore described situated in
Kitsap County, ~;[ashington~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Petitioners named therein
or representatiYes thereof be notified of the approval of the Peti-
tion by u:~ailing a copy of this resolution to said Petitioners or
representatives of said Petitioners and that a copy of this resolu-
tion be mailed to the Auditor of Kitsap County, i[ashit'~gton, and/or
the Board of County Co~rm:issioners of Kitsap County~ Jashington.
