Bremerton, Kitsap County, ~iashington, certain errors in description
by reason of the fact that said Lot 14 is 224.04 feet measured
along Trenton Avenue and conveyances of certain portions thereof
have hez'etofol'e Oeen ~de on the basis that the total frontage of said
Lot 14, w~.s 200 feet, and
,J£~tE~S, dwellings and improvements have been placed upon
the 2&.0~ feet of said Lot 14 which are now owned any occupied by
Laurence L. Franc%ur and Lillian Franc~ur, husband and wife, and
Jack B. I~.-2andeville and i'~ary E. l~.k~ndeville, husband and wife, and
;~:%7~i~S, the City of Bremerton has, or claims to ht~ve some
right, title and interest in and to said 2~.04 feet by reason of
a conveyance from Kitsap Comity, ~.~ashington after foreclosure upon
said property for delinquent taxes, and
:~L,i~, it is to the best interests of the City of Bremerton
~and the owners of the residence dwellings situated on said described
property to exchange the interest, or claimed interest, of the City
of Bre.t:~erton in said 24.04 feet by acceptance of conveyance from the
said Laurence L. FranCeur and x.;dfe, and Jack B. I'~{andeville and wife,
to a conveyance of 12.02 feet of property in said Lot l~, and the
City to convey to the s,.id Laurance L. Fr'anc%ur and wife, and Jack
B. I:~andeville and wife, by quit claim deed, its interest in said
24.04 feet,

DE iT Z{E$0LVi~D by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
that t~ae City, by s~itable quit clai~n deed, quit claim its interest
to Laurence L. Fran0%ur and Lillian F~'ane~eur, and Jack B. l~'~andeville
and l~ary E. Diandeville for the respective portions of the said 24.04
feet now owned, occupied ann used by the~ and to accept in exchange
proper quit clair~ deeds fro~ tbs said Laurence L. Franc%ur and Lillian
Franc%ur and Jac~ 13. }~andeviile and Diary E. ~.~andeville, to their
inte~'est in the 12.02 feet, and that the i...[ayor and City Clerk be
authorized to execute such proper and necessary q~it claim deeds
and to accept on Oehalf of the City conveyances to the City of
Bremerton.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
Oy the i,Jayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such I~assage this 19th day of i.~iarch, 1952.
