WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Finance and the Chief
Assistant and City Treasurer, wish to open up a savings account,
with a deposit therein oi' certain funds of the City,
NOW THEREFORE
B~ IT RESOLED by ~he City Council oi' ~he City of
Bremer~on, ~ha~ Lulu D. H~ddon, Com~ssioner of Finance and ex-
of'i~icio Treasurer oS the City of Bremer~on, and George L. Nut,er,
her chieI' ~ssis~an~ and City Treasurer, be and ~hey hereby are
authorized to open a savings accoun~ ~d from t~e ~o ~ime deposi~
i~s i'unds wi~h the Firs~ Federal Savi~s ~nd Lo~n Association oi'
Bremer~on, W~shington, ~nd ~ha~ s~id association is hereby author-
ized ~o ac~ ~i~hou~ further inquiry in ~ccordance ~i~h writings
be~rin~ ~e signature ol ~e said George L. Nu~er, City T~e~urer,
unless ~nd unSii i~ has been no,ii'led of any ch~n~e of officers
and/or i'urther authorization for o~her individ~ls so ~o si~n,
~o~ether ~ith ~ specim~ ot' ~he si~nat~e of each such individual,
and
IT IS H~R~BY C~HTIFI~D ~ ~h~ above n~med George L.
Nu~er is ~he duly appointed, qualii'ied ~nd ac~i~ Treasurer oI' ~he
~ity of ~remerton, and that he holds such of I~ice at this time and
that the said George L. Nutter may give to the First Federal Savings
and Loan Association, such specim~ oI~ his signature as ~y be
required, and
~ IT FURT~R ~OLVED: That the said First Federal Savi~s
and Loan Association is hereby selected as a depositary of public
money oI~ the City oI~ ~remerton and the said Lulu D. Haddon, Co~issioner
cz~ ~'inance, and George L. ~'~.~utter, Chief Assistant and City Treas~er,
may give proper designation as a city depositary to the said First
Federal Savings and Loan Association.
