RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget
Sound Power & Light Company for furnishing Municipal Water Pumping Power.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light Company has offered to furnish for a period
of five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract,
to-wit: (See contract file hr actual contract) Lebo Boulevard - Sheridan Park.
NOW, THERF~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that
a contract be entered into with Puget Sotmd Power & Light Company for the furnishing
of Municipal Water Pumping Power at the City's pumping plant on Leto Boulevard in
Sheridan Park upon the terms above propesed, and that the ~ayor be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract on behalf and in the
name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed to at-
test such contract and to affix thereto the seal of ~e City of Bremerton,
DULY adopted this 21st day of October, 1953.
