field a building resting upon skids ~d which has been used in
connection with a City owned building at ~arren Avenue Playfield
for the purposes of the Comm~ity Theatre; and
~.~iCEAS, there ~as existed a question relative to the
o~ership of said building ~d the right to remove the s~e from
the ~mty property ~d presently the Co~aunity Theatre wishes to
improve said building by the insta~ation of a new furnace ~d
heatin~ plant ~d has requested a clarification of the relative
rm~hos of the theatre corporation ~d the City of Bremerton$
~,~r~r~., BE iT RESOLVED that the build~g presently
used as a theatre auditori~ is the property of the City of
Bremerton and that the buil~ng situated to the ~.~est of such
auditori~ ~d theatre used as a dress~g and storage room is
the property of Community Theatre,Inc. ~ and
BE iT ~E~.~i~ ~t~OL~ED that Comm~ity Theatre, Inc. may
remove from the ~'~'arren A~enue Playfield such dressing aad storage
room, together with any improvements thereto, including a furnace
~d heating pl~t without claim by the City of Bremerton of
right, title or interest therein; and
.,tmo~ that the City of Bremerton reserves
the right to request the removal of said dressing and storage room
from said property at the expense of Community Theatre, inc. after
sixty (60) days written notice of the City's desire to have such
removal accomplished.
