A RESOLUTION of the City of Bremerton, Washington,
employing TUDOR ENGINEERING COMPANY to perform
and provide certain services in connection with
a study of engineering and financial facts and
the making of a report with respect to the financ-
ing, construction and operation of a toll highway
bridge across Port Washington Narrows in the City
of Bremerton, designated as the Warren Avenue
Bridge.
WHEREAS, there exists in the City of Bremerton an imme-
diate need for the construction of an additional bridge to cross
Port Washington Narrows within the City of Bremerton, Washington,
and the same is now projected at Warren Avenue, and the City of
Bremerton has employed A. C. ALLYN AND COMPANY, INCORPORATED to
provide services and advice on the steps to be taken in making
preliminary studies and for submission to the Washington Toll
Bridge authorities of a workable financial and engineering pro-
gram, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to employ a qualified engineer-
ing firm to make and prepare a study of engineering and financial
facts and to complete a report relative to the financing, construc-
tion and operation of such a toll highway bridge, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been submitted by Tudor Engineer-
ing Company of San Francisco, California, which has been examined
and revised by the City Engineer and City Attorney of the City of
Bremerton and presented to the City Council on July 15, 1953.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton, that Tudor Engineering Company be employed for a
fee of $32,500.00 to do, make and prepare the study, investigation
and report, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and hereby are
directed and authorized to execute such employment agreement on
behalf of the city and that said agreement be transmitted to the
Tudor Engineering Company for approval and execution.

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage this 15th day of July, 1953.
