~HEREAS, the County of Kitsap, State of V;ashington, foreclosed for general
taxes on the followin~ described real property in Kitsap County, i~ashin&ton,
to-wi t:
Lots
and the said real property was struck off to said Kitsap County at the tax fore-
closure sale, and at the time of said sale there were delinquen~ assessments
against said real property payable to local improvement district or districts in
the City of ~remerton and said City paid to Kitsap County taxes thereon as by
lm~ provided, and now has a Treasurer's Deed to said property, ~nd the City of
Bremerton is desirous of selling said property

BE IT ~SOL~D BY T~ CITY ~F T~ CI~T OF B~,ERTON, THAT the
City Treasurer of said City be and he is hereby directed to sell the Drope~y
hereinbefore described at public sale to the highest and best bidder and the
said City Treasurer is hereby directed to publish a notice of sale of said pro-
petty in a legal newspaper published a~ of ~eneral circulation in the City of
Bremerton in t~e~ consecutive issues of such newspaper, which said notice shall
set forth the real prop~}rty to be sold, hereinbefore described, together ~th the
tim~ and place of said sale, which shall be between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m.,
and & o'clock p.m. on a date to be fixed by the said City Treasurer, at ~e front
door of th~ City Hall in the City of Bremerton, Jashington; a~ said notics shall
further set forth that the s~id sale ~y b~ adjourned from day to day by said City
Treasurer by public announcement, ~de by said City Treasurer, at the time
place designated in the notica of public sale or at the time'and place at which
said sale may be adjourned.
