Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 15, Bremerton

w-est margin of said Lot 15 a distance of ~9.85 feet;
thence Jest 5~.70 feet to intersect the ~outh line of
Lot 13; thence bouth ~8°0~'~7" ~,~est 7~.58 feet to point
of beginnin.:, Kit sap County, ~ashin~ton,
v, hmcn said deed did not properly describe the actual l~d ~d
property to be conveyed by the City of Bremerton, and acquired
by the gr~tee Merle Forney, and
'JHEt{EAS, pursuit to said ~eso!ution No. 626, the hayor
of the City of Dremerton ~d the City Oterk conveyed said prem-
ises by said description to herle Forney as gr~tee, which deed
was thereafter recorded %~ith the Auditor of Kitsap County,
~vashington, under Auditor's File :o. 461&68, ~d that in order
to correct the description ~d to properly convey to the grantee
the property intended to be conveyed by said convey~ce, a correction
.~eer~ ~.s necessary,
