WPFEREAS the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 252:
providing for the assessment to pay the improvement of Herren Avenue
between Dibb Street and East 33rd Street and East 33rd Street between solie
Avenue and Herren Avenue has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Bremert on.
NO~ THEREFORE, be it resolved that Wednesday, the 18th day of
February, 1953, at 10:00 otclock A.M., P.S.T., of said day at the council
Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton be and the same is hereby
fixed as the time and place of the hearing upon said assessment roll and,
BE IT M3RTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place of said hearing
to all persons who may desire to object to such assessment roll to make such
objections in writing and file the same with the City Clerk at or prior to
the date fixed for such hearing, by written notice to the owner or the reputed
owner of the different properties whose name appears upon said assessment roll,
by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen (15) days before the date herein
set for such hearing to such owner or reputed owner at the address of such
owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer for ~he property
described on said list and shall further give notice of such hearing by
publishing such notice at least five (5) times in the official newspaper, the
last publication oi' which shall be at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
date herein fixed for such hearing. The above mentioned improvements
including the construction of sanitary sewers and providing for the drainage,
together with the doing of any and all other work in connection therewith as
may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
