RESOLUTION auth~izing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget Sound
Fower & Light Company for f~rnishing mtmicipal water pumping power.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Pov~er & Light Company has offered to furnish for a period
of five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract,
to-wit:
SEE CONTRACT FILE FOR ACTUAL CONTRACT. (Municipal pumping station located on
National Avenue, 500 ft. South of Highway #21.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bremerton that a
contract be entered into with Pu~et Sound Power & Light Company for the lurnishing
of power for municipal water pumping upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor
be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract on
behalf and in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremer-
ton,
DULY ADOPTED this P~?th day of October, 1954,
