Nc. 262 providing for the assessment to pay the improvement of Holman
Street from Perry Avenue to Trenton Avenue has been filed with the
City Clerk of the City of Bremerton.

the Council Chamber's at the City Hall of the City of Br~merton be and
the same is hereby fixed as the time and place of the hearing upon said
assessment roll; and,
BE IT FURTHER EESOL~ that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to give notice of the time and place of said
hearing to all persons who may ha~e desire to object to such assessment
roll to make such objections in writing and file the same with the City
Clerk at or prior to the date fixed ifcr smeh hearing, by written notice
to the owner or the reputed owner of the different properties whose name
appears upon assessment roll by mailing a notice thereof at least fifteen
days before the date herein set for such hearing to such owner or reputed
owner at the address of such owner as shown on the tax rolls of the County
Treasures for the property described on said list and shall further give
notice of such hearing by publishing such notice at least five times in
the official newspaper, the last publication of which shall be at least
fifteen days prior to the date herein fixed for said hearing. The
abow, e mentioned improvement includes the construction of concrete side-
walks £ive feet wide, and concrete curbs and gutters, and the doing of
any and all other work in connection therewith.
