WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council of
the City of Bremerton a petition to vacate that certain alley
described as follows:
That certain Easb and West alley North of Lots
10 to 14 inclusive and South of Lot 9 in Block
5 of Charleston Navy View Addition;
;i~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cou~;cil that
said ioetition for vacation be heard and determined on the 10th
day of November, 1954, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall
of the City of ~remerton at the hour of 10:O0 o'clock a.mo, of
said day; and that the City Clerk s~all give notice of the pen-
dency of such petition and that a written or orinted notice of
said hearing shall be posted in three of the most public places
~n the City of Breme~'to~, and that a fourth copy of said ~-~otice
shall be oosted in a conspicuous place upon said alley to be va-
cated.
