RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget 8ound
power & Light company for furnishing municipal sewage p~pl~ power.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light Company has oI'fered to furnish for a period
of five yea~s, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract,
to-wit:
SEE CONTRACT FILE FOR ACTUAL CONTRACT. (Three (5) - $ KVA 2400-1~0/240 volt trans-
formers and cut-outs located at sewage disposal lift station Ncc 6,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the 6ommission of the City of Bremerton that a
contract be entered,into with Puget Sound Power & Light ~ompany for the furnishing of
municipal sewage pumpingpower upon the terms above propoeed, and that the ~ayor be
and he is authorized and directed to execute and deliver euch contract on behalf and
in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and directed
DULY ADOPTED this 29th day of Sepgember, 19~4, ·
