RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget Sound
Power & Light ~ompany for furnishing municipal sewage pumping power.
WHEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light ~ompany has offered to furnish for a period
of five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract,
to-wit:
SEE CONTRACT FILE FOR ACTUAL CONTRACT. (Three ~(5) - 5 KVA 2400-120/240 volt
transformers and cut-outs located at sewage disposal lift station No. 5.
NOW, THEREFORE,' BE IT RESOLVED by the Oommission of the City of Bremerton that
a contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing
of Municipal Sewage Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor
be andhe hereby is authorized and directed 'to execute and deliver such contract on
behalf and in the name of the City, and the blerk be and He hereby is authorized and
directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremer-
