RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget Sound
Power and Light Oompany for furnishing Municipal Sewage Pumping Power.
WHEREAS, PUGET SOUND PO'~¥ER & LIGHT COMPANY has offered to furnish for a period
of five years, upon the terms set forth in ~he following proposed form of contract,
to-wit:
SEE CONTRACT FILE FOR ACTUAL CONTRACT. (Two (2) -5 KVA 2400-120/~40 volt trans-
formers and cut-outs located at sewage disposal lift station No. 5.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that
a contract be entered into with Pu&et Sound Power & Light Company for the furnishing
of Munic~ipal Sewage Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor
be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and ~eliver such contract on
behalf and in the name of the City, 'and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremer-
tone
DULY ADOPTED this 29th day of September, 1954,
