RESOLUTION authorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget Sound
Power & Light Company for furnishing municipal sewage p-mping power.
WHEREAS, PUGET ~UND POWER & LIGHT COMPANY has offered to furnish Hr a period
of five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract,
to-wi t:
SEE CONTRACT FILE ~R ACTUAL CONTRACT. (Two (2) - 3 KVA 7200-120/240 volt brans-
foyers and cutouts located at sewage disposal lift station No. 2.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that
a contract be entered into with Puget Sound Power & Light Company for fUrnishing of
Municipal Sewage Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the Mayor be
and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract on bg-
half and in the name of the City, and the Clerk be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to attest-such contract md to affix thereto the seal of the City of Bremer-
ton.
