RESOLUTION aqthorizing the execution and delivery of a contract with Puget Sound
Power & Light Company for furnishing municipal sewage pumping power.
WHEREAS, Puget. Sound Power & Light Company has offered to furnish for a period
of five years, upon the terms set forth in the following proposed form of contract,
to-wit:
SEE CONTRAC~ FILE FOR ACTUAL CONTRACT. (Three (3) -5 KVA 2400-120/240 volt trans-
formers and cut-outs located at sewage disposal lift station No. 1.)
NOW, THE,;EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Bremerton that
a contract be entered into with Puget ~ound Power & Light Company for the furnishing
of Nunicipal Sewage Pumping Power upon the terms above proposed, and that the Nayor
be and he hereby is authorized and directed to execute and deliver such contract on
behalf andin the name of the City, and the Olerk be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to attest such contract and to affix thereto the seal of the City of BremeF-
ton.
DULY ADOPTED this 29th day of ~eptember, 1954,
