WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Council of the
City of Bremerton a petition to vacate certain property heretofore
dedicated as a street and known as 7th Street, situated in the plat
of National City, said property being more particularly described
as follows:
7th Street, i~A~enue and Pershing
Avenue, within t~h plat'. ;ional City;
and
WHEREAS, it ap s te the City Council that the vacation
of said described 7th St between ~a%ional Avenue and Pershing
Avenue, will cause no tk$~ City, and that said 7th Street
is approximately forty feet~ from Highway ~21.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
said petition for vacation be heard and determined on the 15th day
of September, 195&, in the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the
City of Bremerton at the hour of lO:O0 o'clock a.m., of said day; and
that the City Clerk shall give notice of the pendency of such petition
and that a written or printed notice of said hearing shall be posted
in three of the most public places in the City of Bremerton, and that
a fourth copy of said notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place
upon 7th Street, between National Avenue and Pershing Avenue, to be
vacated.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this 25th day of August, 195&.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been filed with the
City Council of the City of Bremerton a petition to vacate certain
property heretofore dedicated for street purposes, situated in the
City of Bremerton, County of Kitsap, State of Washington, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
7th Street, between National Avenue and Pershing
Avenue, within the plat of National City;
and that said petition will be heard and determined by the City Council
on the 15th day of September, 1954, at the hour of lO:O0 o?clock a.m.,
in the Council Chamber at the City Hall in the City of Bremerton.
