RESOLUTION NO. ~
V~qEPF~S~ the assessment roll for the construction, reconstruction and repair of
certain sidewalks, gutters, curbs along and driveways across sidewalks, in the City of
Bremerton, has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton, Washington~
pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 2190 and Chapter 177, Laws of 1949 of the
State of Washington.
THE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the hearing on the confirmation of said assessment
roll shall be .held before the City Council in the Council Chambers on ~lednesday the
2nd day of J~nnary , 19~__7, at 10:O0 o~clock A.~., P.S.T., at which
time and place all persons who desire to object thereto may appear and present such
objections, if any, they have.
It is further resolved that the City Clerk be, and he is, hereby directed to notify
the owner or the reputed owner of the property affected by said assessment roll of the
time and place of said hearing, as required by law.
